1. Service Description

MapSearch provides access to publicly available Google Maps business data through a web interface. You can search by keyword and location, apply filters, and export results as CSV.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use MapSearch. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

3. Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive 99 free credits.
• 1 credit = 1 filtered result delivered to you.
• Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe. All sales are final — credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
• Filters reduce the number of credits charged. You only pay for results that match your filters.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MapSearch data for legitimate business purposes including lead generation, market research, and competitive analysis. You may not:

• Resell raw data exports without adding value
• Use the service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk communications
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the free credit offer
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures

5. Data Accuracy

Business data is sourced from Google Maps via third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Data is cached for up to 72 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the data obtained through it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@mapsearch.app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
